About This Course

Welcome to Our Sleep Physiology Course. Optimal sleep quality plays a key role in improving human's quality of life. Therefore, a comprehensive and integrated knowledge regarding sleep physiology and the factors influencing sleep quality is particularly important to improve sleep quality.

Our Getting to Know Your Body: Sleep Physiology Course is intended for you to understand:

    • the basic physiology of sleep
    • the importance healthy sleep
    • the characteristics of healthy sleep during a human’s life span
    • the factors influencing sleep quality and how to improve sleep quality

This course is non-credit course with English as languange preference. 

Learning is carried out completely in an asynchronous manner according to each participant time preference (self-paced). Participants will watch learning videos, podcasts, read open-ended materials accompanied by quizzes.

There are no requirements need to take this course. Participants who take part in all course activities and obtain an evaluation score of at least 70 will receive a certificate.
