This course is your gateway to mastering the art of micro-course creation, blending practical skills with innovative techniques.

This course is designed with flexibility and practicality in mind, offering a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. Each module is structured to provide concise, focused learning that aligns with the principles of microlearning. Participants will engage with interactive content, real-world case studies, and collaborative projects, ensuring that the learning experience is not only informative but also highly applicable to their professional contexts. Prof. Dr. Paulina Pannen, M.L.S

Prof. Dr. Paulina Pannen, M.L.S. has been working in higher education in Indonesia and at the regional level, including chairing several task forces on higher education quality development and improvement programs. Her contributions include the development of Indonesian MOOCs, e-learning, distance education, educational technology, and curriculum development. She also writes in scholarly journals and speaks at various education forums.

Currently, she works for the Indonesia Cyber Education Institute at Universitas Terbuka, which offers FlexiLearning through the use of unbundled online courses from the ICE Institute Consortium. She is also involved in a micro-credential program on game development in Indonesia.

Yuamin Xiao

Yumin Xiao is an Associate Professor at East China Normal University, Shanghai, with a Ph.D. in Computer Science. She teaches courses in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning, and supervises graduate students on research projects related to artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics. Yumin is actively involved in research, publishing papers in leading journals and conferences, and leading industry-collaborative projects.

Her professional experience includes research in AI and machine learning, particularly in natural language processing, and the development of data analysis tools. As a former Assistant Professor, Yumin successfully secured research funding and presented her findings at international conferences. His research interests include AI, big data analytics, and cloud computing.

Eka Julianti 

Eka Julianti earned her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta, in 2011, followed by a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Gunadarma University in 2014. Since 2017, she has been a dedicated lecturer in the Information Systems Study Program at Universitas Terbuka. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Eka plays a pivotal role as a content developer for courses at ICE Institute, a position she has held since 2021. Her research interests focus on information system analysis and design, risk management, information system audit, and IT governance.
